Hi there ! We are a Moroccan band of friends, who still play Commandos 2 online !
During this vacation time, we are replaying the coop mode, N trying to get the best strategy, and of course getting fun. Yes, Commandos 2 is as popular as hell, even in Africa :) and it will never die :D !
About the mod, i was waiting for something more...well, more intersting ! Especially for the multiplayer, why don't improve it with new modes, new challenges ?
However, i really like the dev team efforts and respect their work ! Good job guys :D

We are planning to get to Commandos 3 after finishing the 2.

coz as u know, china is big, and there r too many fourms in china...one fourm can't attract many people.
CGA BBS contains many games. one of the most popular interenet games in china is CS...few people play commandos in recent years...and "danch744" just found this fourm and intro it to us chinese...

Destination Paris 1.35 what time self-interest ?

1.35 was in mind to fix some things like briefings and some other minor issues and re-balancements. But at the time being, I think it is more realistic to talk about absolutely new mods. With the latest achievements in this field, I think it isn't technically impossible..

I installed C2DP after having finished C2MOC. For that reason i can skip a mission and play the next.

I have finished mission 1, 2, 4, 5, 8.

I stopped mission because i was getting bored (i had butchered a lot of japs).

I started mission 3. Fins cleaned the rooms of the submarine. However there is no arctic suit in the submarine. Duke also has no arctic suit. He is surrounded by germans without arctic suit. It seems tobe impossible. I abandoned this mission.

Mission 6 is also frustrating. There are 4 partol boat equipped with machine guns. Fins has to change position immediately. However i didn't  manage to find a safe area. It is also impssible to get to the island (to the sailor). I abandoned also this mission.

Mission 9 is also difficult. I made a progress but i stopped. I chose to play mission 10 and to return to mission 9 with clear mind (although i believe i found how to proceed).

Any help?

first of all, this Mod is perfect. Like an realistic-patch from Pyro Studios. Just better ;-)
But, iv'e a little Problem. In the 2nd Mission, where you have to escape with the Submarine, the Game freezes.
I'm at the end of the Mission. The last character climbs into the sub and .... freeze.

I've tried to abort the  cutscene and the video, but it doesn't work. So, have someone the Levelcode for the next Level in the Artis for me?
Or an idea what to do?

Mission 3: You have to search for them in the sea (Fins) or in one of the tents.
Mission 6: Speed is the key. You must wait until patrol boats' not 'watching', swim under the plane and then quickly under the wooden stairs near the plane. All of my commandos swam with loosing about 1/4 of their health, kinda few casualties I guess.
Mission 9: I finished it without any serious problems, besides moment of Thief rescuing; the good cooperate is needed then.

I played DP a long time ago but now I want to play it again I can not survive Training Mission 2. Every time one of the 'extra' soldiers get killed and that's the end of it. How did you people finish this mission? Or: how to set up my soldiers before the invasion?

It's very good, though one thing i don't like is Kwai Mission Crocs, they have longer LOS and so they kill almost all of the Japanese soldiers.
