If you want to create .pop file (video):
1.Create it in some video editor like Adobe Premier or Pinnacle.
2. Complete file save as .avi
3. Just rename .avi ->.pop
Make sure that frame resolution of file is the same as in original and video has simple Windows compression (codek)...
