Here's something for those of you who want to play Commandos 2 at a resolution higher than 1024x768:
Open the OUTPUT folder in your Commandos 2 main directory, inside you will see a file called comm2.cfg, open it with a text editor (notepad will do), search for the line called MODOVIDEO and change it's value to 3, save and exit.
Launch the game, load a mission and you will be playing at 1280x1024!
Note: If you have a monitor smaller than 19" you shouldn't use this trick since the game will be too small too play (not very comfortable for your eyes). But with a monitor at least 19" the screen will fit perfectly well. |
